Scope: Cash & Carry, Retail Shops, Offices, Apartment Units
  • Delivered complete architectural planning and interior design for Avenue Mall, a modern mixed-use development featuring retail, office, and residential spaces.
  • Designed an efficient layout integrating a cash & carry, multiple commercial shops, corporate office floors, and apartment units with a focus on zoning, circulation, and accessibility.
  • Developed cohesive interior design concepts for public and private areas, including material selection, ceiling design, lighting, and signage planning.
  • Created façade concepts that reflect a contemporary commercial identity while harmonizing with the building’s multifunctional use.
  • Coordinated closely with structural and MEP consultants for fully integrated working drawings and construction details.
  • Provided 3D views, technical documentation, and on-site coordination to ensure precise execution and timely delivery.

  • Designed the complete interior and exterior for a Banquet Hall and Restaurant, blending aesthetic appeal with functional space planning for both events and dining experiences.
  • Created interior layouts that ensure smooth circulation, flexible event setups, and optimized seating arrangements for both intimate and large gatherings.
  • Selected materials, lighting schemes, furniture, and ceiling concepts to deliver a cohesive and inviting atmosphere tailored to a hospitality environment.
